Format:
– One set of each posture will be done by the entire class. For the second set, postures will be broken down and individual adjustments will be offered.
– Heat set to a slightly lower temperature
– The class ends with a 10 min savasana.
– Georgia will be available for questions/concerns after class.

Join Lindsay and Katie on Saturday, February 14th at 7:00 PM at our Upper East Side studio for an energizing sculpt class designed to challenge you, motivate you, and leave you feeling strong. Whether you come with a friend or treat yourself to a solo night out, this class is all about moving, laughing, and enjoying the experience together.

Experience Fascial-Yin
This is a 12-hour online program geared toward any yoga practitioner. Through a series of classes, meditations, and lectures, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of Fascial-Yin Yoga and how you can utilize the concepts to heal your body. Meant for experts and beginners alike, you’re free to go at your own pace and revisit lessons as often as you’d like.
