OUTDOOR CLASSES
Practitioners will meet the instructor 20 minutes before class at the NW corner of 79th Street & Fifth Ave, then walk into the park as a group 10 minutes before class starts. Please be on time as latecomers will be left behind. Should there be inclement weather, the class will be returned to your account for future use.
Tuesdays at 6:00pm & Saturdays at 11:00am

Advanced booking is required in the bodē nyc app or online on our website.

There is a strict 24-hour cancellation window which will result in the loss of class credit.

Please bring your own mat, towel, water bottle, or props (if needed). Rentals will not be provided.

Masks must be worn at the meeting location and as the group travels to the designated class location. Feel free to remove your mask once class has started while you are practicing on your own mat.

To honor New York City regulations, class capacity is strictly limited to 20. Your instructor will set up the class at each designated location so that each practitioners are adhering to social distancing guidelines.

Cell Phone use is strictly prohibited during class. Please take this opportunity to unplug and take some time for yourself.
