Original Hot Yoga
Original 26+2 Sequence ( Bikram style yoga)
This is a series of twenty-six yoga postures and two breathing exercises designed to provide a challenging and effective yoga experience. We offer three different options — 90 minutes, 75 minutes, or 60 minutes — where you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in your body. This class is suitable for all levels.
Hot Interval Training (HIIT)
Tabata-Style Cardio
Hot Interval Training (HIIT 60) is a training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle toning and cardio in an infrared heated room. This practice promotes long, lean muscle mass while burning fat, with rapid results. It strengthens your core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility.
Hot Interval Training (HIIT 60) is performed on a yoga mat. All movements are low impact, which protects your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping.
Hot BODE SCULPT
Body sculpting with weights
Tone and sculpt your muscles using light weights in combination with bands and blocks in this low-impact, endurance-based workout. Set in an infrared heated room, this full body class will increase definition and build core muscle groups.
HOT Vinyasa Flow
Upper Body Toning
This 60-minute vinyasa class is vigorous, combining upper body strength, flexibility and cardio and are designed for clients of all levels. Postures are linked together and move smoothly from one pose into the next. You will develop core strength, upper body strength, flexibility in the shoulders, legs and spine plus improved concentration in this class. This class is set to music in an infrared heated room.

This dynamic class combines Power Vinyasa and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for a cardio and strength-based yoga practice! Designed for all levels in mind, you will increase strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health, and leave feeling rejuvenated and empowered! Class is heated and practiced with music.
HOT pilates
Strength in Motion
A high intensity, low impact, full body workout based on contemporary Pilates principles. This mat based, music driven class focuses on the mind-body connection, builds strength, improves balance, flexibility, mobility, muscular endurance and stamina.
HOT Yin Yoga (restorative)
Deep Stretching and Meditation
Our 65-minute Yin Yoga class is a gentle, restorative approach to yoga asanas in an infrared heated room. The instructor will begin with 55 minutes of Yin Yoga and unwind with a 10 minute Nidra meditation. The Yin portion of class is accompanied by soft music. Props maybe used to help support your body and allow it to open, release and recover on a deeper level. The Nidra portion is designed to build on your already relaxed state and takes you somewhere between being awake and asleep.

Stretch and Strengthen
Bodē Stretch is a 45-minute stretching class designed to elongate muscles, relieve tension, improve posture, and increase mobility. Utilizing several methods of stretching (static, PNF, AIS, dynamic), this class is perfect for all levels of athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and individuals who spend long hours at a desk (or over a mobile phone) and aims to provide relief from the repetitive tightness and discomfort that often accompanies these activities. Bodē Stretch is set to upbeat music, held in a warm room (85 degrees), and utilizes straightforward language and cues.

Through the use of body sensing, breath awareness, guided imagery and other practices, you are systematically guided on a meditation journey through each level of your whole being called the koshas.

Tranquil Power
A vinyasa practice that combines the dynamic movement of a Vinyasa flow sequence combining upper body strength, flexibility, and cardio followed by a restorative portion including longer holds to deeply stretch, rejuvenate, and relax the body. The Yang and the Yin is the best of both worlds!
