Cancellation requests for Memberships must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your next billing date. Please allow up to three business days (excluding weekends) for requests to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation that your account has been canceled.
PLEASE NOTE: All-Access Memberships can not be frozen.

To cancel your membership contract:
- Sign into your account HERE.
- Once you are logged in, click Account in the upper right.
- On the Account Balance screen, locate the contract you want to cancel and click the Terminate link to the right of it.

Important! Be sure to read this before canceling!
- Cancellations are immediate. There are no refunds or prorations. Only cancel when you are ready for your membership to end.
- Once you cancel, you can continue to book class, just purchase a new package option HERE.
