Our goal is to provide the tools necessary to be able to teach an Original Hot Yoga Class after completion of the course. Depending on the background of the trainee some will feel comfortable teaching immediately and others will need more time. In each case, the experience you will get from attending the training will be life-changing!
You will receive:
- Detailed instructions on how to deliver your dialogue
- The opportunity to learn about Yoga history, helping to put the Hot Yoga Series in the correct context.
This training will be a hybrid training to make it as accessible as possible to everyone. There will be a combination of In-person and Zoom classes. All posture clinics will be held in person. SAMPLE SCHEDULE
- Zoom 2 Hour Introduction and meet up
- Saturdays- 8:30- 11:30 Posture Clinic
- 12:30- Hot Yoga Class at Bode
- 2-4 Break and Study
- 4-7 Posture Clinic
- Sundays- 8:30-11:30 Posture Clinic
- 12:30-2 – Hot Yoga Class at Bode
- 3-6 Posture Clinic
- Mondays and Wednesdays
- 6Pm-10Pm Zoom ( All Theory Classes)
- Last Class Sunday 4pm Round Robin Class to the public with all the trainees followed by graduation party.

1. OHYA – 26 and 2 Training- Yoga path to certification 300 Hours AND 200 hr Yoga Alliance Hot Yoga
- Cost- $4999
- Early bird Special- $4800
- Deposit- to hold your space- $500 ( You will receive a copy of the dialogue when you pay your deposit)
- $300 for 9 weeks of unlimited classes at bodē nyc

- 2 online mentoring classes with Donna

- Membership to OHYA- Value $125
- If you are on the path to Yoga certification, you will be required to take six classes a week ( 5 in-person minimum) You will have required reading, group study hours, and weekly journaling. You will have the ability to make up any lost session through Zoom recordings. In order to get the full benefit and experience of this training, it is recommended that you be available to take all of the sessions with the group. The amount of time taken off will have to be discussed in advance. Bode NYC does not guarantee employment after completing this training.
2. Deepen your Practice – Non-Certification
Cost – $3000
You will receive three months of free BOD 3 month subscription, 50% discount on Teacher Toolbox, free copy of the book “Within”, and you can get 9 weeks of unlimited classes at bodē nyc for $300.
Note: If you are on the path to “Deepen your Practice,” you do not have to take a minimum number of classes per week. You will not have required reading, and does not include unlimited yoga but a discount of half price for in-studio classes.
3. Continuing Education for OHYA Members- 20 Hours
Cost – $500
You will receive three months of free BOD 3 month subscription, 50% discount on Teacher Toolbox, free copy of the book “Within”, and you can get 9 weeks of unlimited classes at bodē nyc for $300.
Note: If you are a member of OHYA, you must obtain 30 hours of CE within three years. This CE program will give you 20 hours of CE credits that will require you to join our posture clinics to deepen your knowledge of the poses, practice your dialogue, and obtain more knowledge of how to incorporate yoga concepts into your class. You will be able to sit in on any of the other sessions during the training for free.
