“They keep the place clean and they teach excellent 90 minute hot classes which are becoming a rare species in NY as most people's attention spans continue to shrivel.

What more can you really ask for?? I am so grateful this place exists and for the entire staff that keeps it running and all of the teachers who sweat their brains out day after day teaching yoga that works your mind body and soul. Been with them since 2016 still learning something new from every class, love it, 5 stars”
