Ayurveda translates to the science of life. It is a wisdom tradition deeply rooted in all of us. In this workshop, we explore the elements and doshas and their significance in our bodies which ultimately influences our total health and well being.
One week prior to the workshop we will send participants two questionnaires you’ll bring with you so we can discuss your dosha in more depth and give you resources to enrich your understanding of the science. You will leave with tools, resources and skills that can help alleviate the impact of stress on your body and your mind.
Your Bikram yoga practice is key in bringing your body into doshic balance. Once we review the elements and doshas we will look a the postures through this lens and see where you might be able to dive deeper into your practice.
