Maybe you already have been practicing Bikram Yoga and heard countless practitioners repeating the same statement over and over again, “Bikram Yoga saved my life”. Maybe you’ve never taken a Bikram Yoga class. If you haven’t, you should give it a try! If you prefer private classes alongside with the group classes, I would love to teach you, since I remember how I felt in the beginning.
My yoga journey started in 2007, when my life changed completely after I took my first Bikram Yoga class. I was fascinated with the immediate positive effect on a human’s life that yoga gives, which inspired me to attend Teacher Training four years later. Bikram Yoga has become my best friend. The hot room is a safe and peaceful energy station for everyone to take a break from the stress and pressure from the outside world. The daily interaction with the students inspired me to create a blog which features some of their stories. www.mybikramyogastudents.tumblr.com
I’m a native of Bulgaria and in 2000 I moved to the US where later on I earned an MA in Visual Journalism at Ohio University’s School of Visual Communication. Since 2008, I have been documenting the issues of recovery from substance abuse. My other passion of traveling and learning about different people and cultures has taken me to over 30 countries around the globe. I share those adventures on my blog YaninaTravels.com I’m looking forward to see you in the hot room and to be part of your yoga journey! Ask me any questions!
