Peni has been practicing Bikram Yoga since 2000. She came to the practice to relieve the mental and physical stresses associated with a high-pressure professional and personal life. Almost immediately, she noticed the changes in her mind and body. In 2004, Peni practiced for almost an entire year while working through personal issues. At the end of that time, she was able to take action on a decision she had long struggled with and the results were nothing short of transformative. She let go of “things” that were weighing her down, and gained peace of mind and a sense of purpose and ease that had never existed prior to the practice.
Change continued as Peni practiced daily and finally, in Fall 2011, she attended Teacher Training. Since then, Peni as been teaching full time and believes herself an ambassador for Bikram Yoga – embodying the physical and mental benefits a consistent practice brings to students and teachers alike.
Peni is available for private sessions and enjoys working with students who want to elevate their practices, focusing on small refinements and alignment that change minds and bodies. She also welcomes the opportunity to work with new students and share her experiences and love for the practice.
