Madeline started practicing yoga while studying business in college. With a consistent practice she was able to connect with her highest self. After she graduated, she found a calling to teach. She craved the practice and used it as a gateway into her own journey with mental and physical health. In 2016, she began her Iyengar yoga teacher training in the mountains of India with Mahi Power Yoga School. She was trained in therapeutic Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga with an emphasis on philosophy. Her teaching allows her students to tap into their truest self. Madeline hopes to share the practice of yoga as a healthy way to combat stress and anxiety in our everyday lives. Whether its teaching, managing the studio, or practicing in class, Madeline has found her yogi family in New York at bodē nyc.
