What year did you attend training? Why did you go?

I went to training in the Fall of 2008 in Acapulco, Mexico. I love this yoga, it saved my life in many ways and opened me to possibilities that I never imagined. I wanted to teach and pass on what I love.

Leading students to realizing their power and true potential!

Tell us about your own practice. Which posture is most challenging for you and how do you get through it?

Standing head to knee pose is most challenging for me. My mantra during that posture is never give up, lock my knee.

Outside of yoga, what projects are you involved with? What do you do for fun?

I have very little down time because I have a toddler, but when I do have time, I enjoy spending it with loved ones!

Do you have a favorite inspirational quote or saying?

 Yoga is effort. Only practice is important. The rest of knowledge is only theory. Guruji BKS Iyengar
