Sound Bath with Abigail Devine

Sound Bath with Abigail Devine 1

Sound Bath: In stillness, we create

Deep healing work comes through music and sound. Through the use of Tibetan sound healing sound baths move the brain into deeper Alpha and Theta brain wave frequencies, inducing meditative and peaceful states that allow for clarity of mind and intuition. A few benefits of sound healing are: Improved sleep; deep sense of tranquility; relieves stress, anxiety, depression and emotional pain.

We live in a world that doesn’t recognize the amazing power of stillness to heal. As a result, we are anxiety ridden, unbalanced, and stressed out. In this fast paced society, our central nervous systems are on constant overdrive, which can create mental, emotional and physical illness. We run too fast, too hard and for too long creating stress, anxiety and tension in our minds and bodies. When we take the time to gift ourselves with moments of stillness that is when are able to heal and when we heal we are able to receive and let joy and abundance flow freely.

Join Abigail Karina DeVine for an evening devoted to bringing you into this still and meditative space, one that will allow you to breathe more deeply and connect more fully.

Abigail uses Tibetan bowls to help you to heal. Afterwards, she will guide you through exercises that will allow you to harness the power of your second chakra, the chakra of creation, connection, and intimacy.

This event will allow you to release, surrender, let go, create, and heal.

Special Event: The Art of Letting Go

Special Event: The Art of Letting Go 2

Join us for a powerful evening of transformation where we will take you on a journey towards letting go in the most artful of ways. This workshop will help you take the light of Summer and use it to continue shedding the layers and create beauty as we settle into the deeper months of Fall.

Ssanyu, Bee, and Yarrow have come together to create an intimate workshop, allowing you to access to the power of The Art of Letting Go. As humans we crave community and in this modern world we are often lacking quality connection. We have listened to that need by creating a workshop designed to enhance connection and community. This workshop gives the space for deeper and more authentic connection between the guides and the guests.

During this workshop, you will let go, let love and Pause3™ with Ssanyu Birigwa, Alchemize Your Pain Into Light™ with Yarrow Bucans and Heal Yourself™ with Bee Bosnak. Together we have created a workshop filled with healing arts that will allow you to crack open your heart, shed the layers of pain and fear, and leave with the tools to learn how to be receptive and open to your highest healing good

Workshop incudes:

  • Intention setting and expressing gratitude
  • Heart opening Vinyasa flow with deep backbends
  • Reiki Healing
  • Guided Meditation
  • Chanting to open your heart and communication channels
  • Guided journal writing and reflection
  • Manifestation Meditations
  • Breathing Techniques

We paint on layers of pain and fear until we are so guarded and confused that we block ourselves from joy, radiance, abundance, and peace. This workshop will allow you to unravel, let go, and connect to your own heart and to others so that you are able to open up and allow yourself to express your truth from an authentic place of vulnerability that stems from strength and love. Through that release we are able to alchemize our pain, pause to reflect, and, ultimately, to heal ourselves.

We look forward to guiding you on this journey.

About The Festival

We are all connected by a deep respect and gratitude for this sequence and the path that made it accessible to us today. As the hot yoga world evolves, we seek to co-create a space for all hot yoga lovers to gather. We hope to change the conversation around hot yoga to one that is fruitful, engaging, educational, inspirational, and spiritual. We support all expressions of yoga, and we hope to open the minds and hearts of all to allow us to embrace each other with all our different practices and philosophies.

We’ve created platforms for leaders of our community to share their insights, methods and techniques. They don’t all agree, and that’s ok.

One Fire is the first festive environment for hot yogis to gather in. No agenda, no competition, no drama. Just lots of good sweat, laughs, and memories.

We love the 26+2 practice. And we are also open to exploring and learning other styles and traditions.
