Work to develop tools to identify what’s in your control and how to gain ownership to feel empowered.
During the workshop you will use specific coping strategies to identify your overwhelmed cycle. Through BRFWA (breath, relax, feel, watch, allow), yoga, mediation and pranayama Maura and Annick will help clients manage their stress levels and learn to improve their overall health. Students will experience a brief yoga nidra to experience the healing benefits.
About Annick: Annick, a graduate of Accomplished Coaching is an experienced Life Coach, Teacher, Parent, Workshop Presenter and Facilitator, and guides and supports others as they transition through life and relationships.
About Maura: Maura is a certified yoga instructor and licensed therapist. She completed Bikram Yoga College of India Teacher Training, Fordham School of Social Work, Kripalu Yoga and Health Teacher Training, and Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra Teacher Training.
