Work to develop tools to identify what’s in your control and how to gain ownership to feel empowered.
During the workshop you will use specific coping strategies to identify your overwhelmed cycle. Through BRFWA (breath, relax, feel, watch, allow), yoga, mediation and pranayama Maura and Annick will help clients manage their stress levels and learn to improve their overall health. Students will experience a brief yoga nidra to experience the healing benefits.
