bodē nyc™ first opened its doors in 1999 and led New York City in the hot yoga revolution by bringing the Bikram Yoga practice to Manhattan. Almost 2 decades later, we now offer an expanded curriculum of classes to give practitioners the chance to achieve the ultimate combination of flexibility and strength for both body and mind.

Our goal is to provide our clients with a 360 degree experience of yoga, core strengthening classes, and guided meditation, to put them on their path to radiant health and enlightenment.

The studio is clean and Monday night classes with Georgia are a must in my busy schedule! Classic 90

Classic 90 is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this 90-minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of well being. This class is suitable for all levels.

Classic 75

Classic 75 is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this 75-minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of well being. This class is suitable for all levels.

Classic 60

Classic 75 is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this 75-minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of well being. Hot bodē Flow

Our hot vinyasa classes are vigorous, combining upper body strength, flexibility and cardio and are designed for students of all levels. Postures are linked together and move smoothly from one pose into the next. You will develop core strength, upper body strength, flexibility in the shoulders, legs and spine plus improved concentration in this class. This class is set to music.

​Hot HIIT™ 60

Hot HIIT™ is a training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle toning and cardio in a heated room. This practice promotes long, lean muscle mass while burning fat, with rapid results. It strengthens your core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. All movements are low impact, which protects your joints and mus­cles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping. Hot HIIT™ is performed on a yoga mat.

​Yin Nidra

Our Yin Nidra class begins with 55 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra. The class is conducted in a warm room (Approx. 80-90F), with the Yin portion accompanied by music. Yin yoga postures are designed to open up the body by prolonged holds of deep stretching. Yoga Nidra then builds upon the relaxed physical and mental state from the preceding Yin postures. Yoga Nidra – also known as Yogic Sleep – is a state of consciousness similar to the process of drifting off to sleep.

​Intermediate

The Intermediate Class uses the strong physical and mental focus learned in the beginning series as the foundation to lead us to a more advanced yoga practice. This class offers students techniques for moving into further expressions in familiar postures from the beginner’s practice, as well as learn new postures and develop new abilities.
