Youth Yoga!

The youth class is a creative blend of classic and modern yoga. The class uses classical hatha yoga postures, pranayama and meditation to create balance strength flexibility in the body/mind. Students will learn the traditional bikram poses as well a learning how to move thru a vinyasa flow. We’ll work on balancing, inversion, backbending, forward folds and twisting poses. This class is not heated, but please expect residual heat from earlier classes. Ages 11-17.
