At this time of year we look back and reflect on how fortunate we are to spend every day with all of you – our amazing community. After 17 years in business not a day goes by that we don’t hear from one of you about how the yoga has helped you in your life. This brings us so much joy.
This month, we have many yogis taking part in our Holiday Charity Challenge in which they have pledged to practice 30 classes in 40 days. In return, the studio will contribute $50 to their charity of choice. We congratulate those who have committed their time and energy to these great causes during the busy holiday season. A few of the charities this month include American Lung Association, Lineage Project, World Vision and Achilles International. Also this month, we’re donating to Toys for Tots each time one of our yogis check in on Facebook! In 2016, we made some significant changes in our class schedule. While the Bikram method of yoga will always be our core offering, we will continue to expand our Hot HIIT Pilates and 60 and 75 minute class options in the coming months. We’re also offering Yin Nidra Yoga, Intermediate classes and have expanded our Chillax series (Bikram classes accompanied by music). Click here to see today’s schedule of classes.
As we move towards 2017, we will continue to make upgrades at the studios including new flooring, paint and other aesthetic improvements. Our constant goal is to create the most comfortable and peaceful settings we can for you and all our community.
