Need to freeze your membership? Our policies permit one account freeze for a minimum of 14 days up to 60 days, once per calendar year. You must submit your freeze request at least 14 days in advance of your requested date. Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends) for requests to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation that your freeze request has been approved. If you do not receive that confirmation within 3 business days, please email email@example.com.
Medical freezes are complimentary and do not count toward any member’s once per calendar year freeze.
Pregnancy: If your doctor believes that you should not continue your practice during your pregnancy, you may request an open-ended suspension. A doctor’s note must be provided at the time of request.
Injury/Surgery: Open-ended suspensions are also allowed in the cases of injury or surgery if you provide us with a doctor’s note stating the medical necessity of your freeze.
PLEASE NOTE: bodē nyc memberships are inactive during the period defined in your freeze request, which includes a suspension on membership payments and the ability to book classes through our website, mobile app and the MindBody app. Any requests to freeze your account may result in a change to your automatic monthly payment schedule.
Introductory offers, class cards and annual memberships can not be frozen except in the case of injury or pregnancy with a valid doctor’s note.

For those of you who have been with us since the beginning, you know that for 20 years we have kept our doors open through hurricanes and national disasters. We have always been committed to being there for you during difficult times as we truly believe that yoga helps keep us all calm and healthy.
All studios will be closed effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
We don’t want to leave you hanging and are working quickly to bring you online classes that you can join in from home and keep your practice going with some of your favorite teachers. All of this digital content will be included in your membership, and we sincerely hope to keep your support. As a small business, your membership is what will ensure that bodē nyc will still be here on the other side of this. We are deeply grateful for YOU. Your membership is what keeps OUR COMMUNITY going. If you are a yearly, we will add on the number of days we are closed to the end of your membership or year. All class package expirations will also be extended.
