Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your next billing date on memberships or before the use of the last class on any auto-renew class card.
All bodē nyc memberships require a minimum four-month commitment from the contract start date. If at any time you wish to terminate your contract before you have completed your four-month commitment, you may terminate the contract by paying a $100.00 cancellation fee plus 1⁄4 of your remaining balance.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no penalty to cancel once you have met your four-month commitment. If you choose to renew, your rate will be subject to our current offerings. You will not be eligible to a previous rate that is no longer available.
Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends) for requests to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation that your account has been canceled. If you do not receive that confirmation within 3 business days, please email email@example.com.
For those of you who have been with us since the beginning, you know that for 20 years we have kept our doors open through hurricanes and national disasters. We have always been committed to being there for you during difficult times as we truly believe that yoga helps keep us all calm and healthy.
All studios will be closed effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
We don’t want to leave you hanging and are working quickly to bring you online classes that you can join in from home and keep your practice going with some of your favorite teachers. All of this digital content will be included in your membership, and we sincerely hope to keep your support. As a small business, your membership is what will ensure that bodē nyc will still be here on the other side of this. We are deeply grateful for YOU. Your membership is what keeps OUR COMMUNITY going. If you are a yearly or auto-renew member, we will add on the number of days we are closed to the end of your membership or year. All class package expirations will also be extended.
If you are not in a financial situation to maintain your membership payments, you may submit a freeze request up to 60 days at this time, which will be counted towards your one-time account freeze. PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Please submit a freeze request at www.bodenyc.com/freeze.
