We’re so sad to see you go! Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your next billing date on memberships or before the use of the last class on any auto-renew class card.
All bodē nyc memberships require a minimum four-month commitment from the contract start date. If at any time you wish to terminate your contract before you have completed your four-month commitment, you may terminate the contract by paying a $100.00 cancellation fee plus 1⁄4 of your remaining balance.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no penalty to cancel once you have met your four-month commitment. If you choose to renew, your rate will be subject to our current offerings. You will not be eligible to a previous rate that is no longer available.
Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends) for requests to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation that your account has been canceled. If you do not receive that confirmation within 3 business days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
