Join us for a powerful evening of transformation where we will take you on a journey towards letting go in the most artful of ways. This workshop will help you take the light of Summer and use it to continue shedding the layers and create beauty as we settle into the deeper months of Fall.
Ssanyu, Bee, and Yarrow have come together to create an intimate workshop, allowing you to access to the power of The Art of Letting Go. As humans we crave community and in this modern world we are often lacking quality connection. We have listened to that need by creating a workshop designed to enhance connection and community. This workshop gives the space for deeper and more authentic connection between the guides and the guests.
During this workshop, you will let go, let love and Pause3™ with Ssanyu Birigwa, Alchemize Your Pain Into Light™ with Yarrow Bucans and Heal Yourself™ with Bee Bosnak. Together we have created a workshop filled with healing arts that will allow you to crack open your heart, shed the layers of pain and fear, and leave with the tools to learn how to be receptive and open to your highest healing good
Intention setting and expressing gratitude
Heart opening Vinyasa flow with deep backbends
Chanting to open your heart and communication channels
Guided journal writing and reflection
We paint on layers of pain and fear until we are so guarded and confused that we block ourselves from joy, radiance, abundance, and peace. This workshop will allow you to unravel, let go, and connect to your own heart and to others so that you are able to open up and allow yourself to express your truth from an authentic place of vulnerability that stems from strength and love. Through that release we are able to alchemize our pain, pause to reflect, and, ultimately, to heal ourselves.
We look forward to guiding you on this journey.
The Art of Letting Go with Ssanyu Birigwa, Bee Bosnak and Yarrow Bucans Saturday, September 16th – 5pm to 8pm 182 5th Avenue – 3rd Floor Check-in Tuition: $85

Yarrow is a yoga teacher, reiki healer, meditation leader, beautiful storyteller, poet, and the founder of the groundbreaking “Alchemizing Pain Into Light” workshops. She is also a graduate student at Pacifica Graduate Institute where she is studying Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Depth Psychology.
Since she began practicing yoga and meditating in 2002, Yarrow has stepped onto her path; she has healed her obsessive-compulsive disorder and eradicated her anxiety. Most importantly, she has discovered who she is. It is her aim to help others heal the same way.
With teaching certificates from Dharma Mittra and Bikram Choudhury her teaching style is very classic, but she adds a modern twist. More recently, Elena Brower has been a great influence. She also graduated from Gabrielle Bernstein’s Spirit Junkie Master class.
Having spent years getting in touch with her own emotional pain, Yarrow has become skilled at cracking open the human heart, extracting the most beautiful and painful pieces from it, and alchemizing those into light, Through her teaching, writing, and workshops she has lifted others onto their path. Under her expert guidance students have had radical breakthroughs in their meditation and yoga practices, which have led to breakthroughs in their lives. Attendees of her workshop have called it “powerful” and “life-changing.”
Yarrow believes we are alchemists capable of transforming the darkest, most painful, pieces of our selves into light, into love, so that we can give our unique gift to the world.

In a culture of scarcity where nothing is ever enough, yoga gave Bee the courage to be seen and the freedom to speak her truth. Her goal is to give her students the tools they need so that they can heal themselves.
She is the creator of Heal Yourself, a comprehensive yoga system designed to enhance the capacity of the emotional body while exploring the strength of the physical body. Availing herself to continuous philosophical, spiritual and physical education from various disciplines, she weaves thought provoking messages throughout her classes. She applies the ancient wisdom to our contemporary western world in a useful and understandable way that will not only connect one back to themselves, but also the universe at large.
She encourages her students to find a deeper connection with their body and feel empowered to live life gracefully on all levels. She uses the physical body as a medium to the only thing she believes this practice is invested in; the ability and the art of letting go.
Born in Turkey, grew up in England, and having spent many years in LA, Bee currently lives in New York City. She holds a 500hr certification through The Kaivalya Yoga Method, in addition to various trainings from Yoga Medicine, Core Strength Vinyasa, and Yoga Tune Up®.
