Each year, thousands of yogis from around the world travel to Times Square to celebrate the Summer Solstice with a free yoga class in the heart of New York City.

Hot HIIT classes are 1 hour in length and are performed on a mat with no props or equipment. We recommend apparel similar to what you would wear to a Bikram Yoga class and that you eat and hydrate in a similar manner. Curious? Come give it a try! All levels are welcome.


Hot HIIT is a training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Pilates principles. It combines muscle toning and cardio in a room heated to around 95 degrees. The practice cre­ates long lean mus­cle mass while burning fat, with rapid results. It cre­ates a stronger core, improves cir­cu­la­tion, and increases flex­i­bil­ity. It is per­formed on a yoga mat mak­ing it low impact, pro­tect­ing your joints and mus­cles from the pound­ing of other exer­cises like run­ning and jumping.

It is a full body workout paired up with up-beat music. You will gain health and flexibility and train your muscles to work together; which will lead to weight loss, good posture, & strength throughout your body.

Have you been reluctant to try Bikram Yoga and want to start off slowly? If so, this is the class for you!  These new clinic-style classes offer will introduce you to the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a Bikram Method class. 

In this slower paced one-hour (moderately heated) class, the instructor will guide you gently through the series with simple, concise instruction and demonstration.  You will learn tips on how to prepare for a regular class, take care of any injuries,  and ultimately get the most out of your Bikram Yoga practice. We want to make sure that you achieve your goals, whether you’re striving for weight loss, stress relief, injury prevention or just improving your overall quality of life!

As this class is only offered 3 times per week, we suggest registering online to secure your spot (see below). This class is recommended for first-time Beginners , however first-timers are more than welcome in all classes should these three offerings not fit into your schedule.

We have several schedule changes that will be effective February 1st.

We heard requests from many of you regarding the early morning schedule at UES and have made changes accordingly. The following will be the new Monday-Friday schedule at UES for the first 3 classes of the day:

  • 6:00am (75 min)
  • 8:am (90 min)
  • 9:30 (90 min)
  • 6:00am (90 min)
  • 9am (60 min)
  • 9:30 (90 min)

$10 Classes Update

Starting February 1st our $10 classes will now be $12, and some of the times are changing, please check the schedule next week for updates .

1 Hour Classes

We have added 2 more weekly 60 minute classes to the schedule.
  • Wednesdays at 2pm – Upper West Side (Emily Faurholt)
  • Thursday at 7:30pm – Flatiron (Maayan Yefet)
  • Saturday at 10am  – Flatiron (Omri Kleinberger)
